This was a little 6″ cake done just for the bride and groom to enjoy on their wedding day. It is a yellow cake with whipped cream and fresh strawberries as the filling and a whipped cream frosting. The love birds nest is made out of shredded wheat and the birds are made out of fondant. The bride specifially requested no other decoration on the cake besides the edible birds nest and Love Birds.

Flirty Thirty was the theme for my latest event. The color theme was black, white, and many variations of the color pink. It was more of an eclectic feel, pulling together different patterns and fabrics. There was a martini bar set up as well as the dessert bar. It was such a fun and flirty theme.

This is my Banana Cream Pie Cupcake. It is a banana cake with pastry cream filling, topped with vanilla buttercream and vanilla cookies.

It’s just that time of year that graduation cakes are in high demand. I designed this cake for a very talented football player who will be attending the University of Nevada, Reno in the fall on a football scholarship. The bottom tier is a chocolate cake with caramel buttercream filling. The top tier is a white cake with vanilla buttercream and fresh strawberry slices.
